How Doskozil makes lousy pupils strong and smart

On Friday, the annual report cards will once again be distributed in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland. Those pupils who were on the brink in the youngest federal state and were able to improve their grades now have double reason to be happy. What does the governor have to do with it? The "Krone" asked.

Gymnastics is the favorite school subject of Austrian pupils. Logical, because in no other subject is there so little to learn. Mathematics is a different story. It's not for nothing that the subject is one of the most hated. Until recently, Hanna Supper (12) from Pinkafeld - who attends a secondary sports school in Oberschützen - regularly broke out in a sweat just thinking about geometry and arithmetic.
