In the new series of the "Krone NÖ", it is not just the belly fat that is being tackled. Together with St. Pölten fitness coach Lukas Grigorescu, tips for a healthier life are now available every week in time for the start of summer. This time: you also need to learn how to snack properly.
The time between two meals can be quite long. Too long for some. A small snack between meals is just the thing. But be careful: reaching indiscriminately into the snack drawer can lead to double regret.
"Snacks basically have the goal of stabilizing blood sugar and giving us energy," says St. Pölten fitness coach Lukas Grigorescu, who has helped more than 500 people to get rid of their belly and feel better over the past nine years and has now launched the "Fit for summer" series with "Krone NÖ".
