Drunk policewoman:
“I was stupid and am now bearing the consequences”
In mid-March, a Styrian policewoman (32) crashed her car, in which her daughter and her service dog were also sitting, into a bridge railing. Afterwards, it turned out that she had over a per mille of alcohol. In an interview with the "Krone" newspaper, she and her lawyer explain why she got carried away with drinking and what consequences she now has to face.
"I don't understand myself. I'm actually a very thoughtful person. I keep asking myself why I was so stupid. My dream is now history." These words come from the mouth of a 32-year-old woman from Styria.
A single mother of two and a policewoman to boot, who until then had gone through life dutifully, always giving her all for her children and was just about to fulfill her dream of joining the police dog squad with her shepherd "Slash".
In order not to jeopardize this dream, she had already decided years ago not to drink any more alcohol. So where does this despair come from, what happened?
