There is a lot of anger in a small village: not only is a housing project to be built right next to a pigsty, it also threatens many trees. The residents are hoping for a rethink, but the developer is playing the ball back.

The mood in Winkl, a village of 180 people in the district of Tulln, has been much better in the past. This is because a terraced house project is to be built in the rural area. And the location is causing a great deal of incomprehension.
