Helpers had to attend fatal accident of comrade
"The whole community is in shock!" After the serious accident in which Lukas M. (22) lost his life, the flag is flying at half-mast in the small community in Upper Austria. The young driver is believed to have caused the collision himself, while comrades and the family present had to be looked after.
A terrible accident on Thursday morning that claimed a young life in Heiligenberg: 22-year-old Lukas M. from Eschenau in the Hausruckkreis district was driving his company car on a goods road when he wanted to turn onto the L 1210 at around 6.50 am.
According to the police, the plumber disregarded the right of way and probably overlooked a 36-year-old man from Andorf coming from the right. The driver of the Seat Alhambra was unable to take evasive action, resulting in a serious collision between the two vehicles.
