Financial thriller: ÖVP plans “Styrian Day” in the U-committee

The committee of inquiry into red-blue abuse of power is increasingly becoming a political mud-slinging match. The ÖVP now even wants to dedicate at least one day of questioning to the "blue financial scandal" in Styria. When the liberal Styrians have to turn up in Vienna and what the ÖVP hopes to gain from this. 

This year, the traditional Styrian Spring will be celebrated on Vienna's Rathausplatz from April 4 to 7. Just four weeks later, there will be at least one "Styrian Day" in the parliament just a few meters away. But there is nothing to celebrate there. The ÖVP, led by committee faction leader Andreas Hanger, wants to offer the blue "financial scandal" in Styria a nationwide stage and provide clarification with explosive questioning.
