“Krone” also came under fire during snowballing

Do you know yukigassen? It's a team sport that requires endurance, skill and tactical flair - and is basically familiar to everyone. The Japanese term is: snow battle. Austria's first official championship has now taken place in Filzmoos - Krone+ was there.

Into the Papageno gondola, up to 1591 meters, get out and ... duck! Because on this day, the snowballs were flying low right by the mountain station on the Rossbrand. Two playing fields, complete with protective walls, were rammed into the snow there. The ambitious men, women, boys and girls, who competed against each other in mixed, international teams, threw, ran and dug in.
