Why AI is far from being able to do what Roland can do

The debate about AI (artificial intelligence) is often about threats or opportunities. It's about jobs, espionage, high philosophy. Let's try a practical approach, suggests scientist and author Christian Mähr - with a broken toilet flush.  

The toilet flush, that is. It happens that it runs - I mean constantly, which is not only annoying because of the noise, but above all because of the waste of water. So it has to be repaired. To do this, first remove the cover plate. An opening the size of four Jass cards arranged in a square appears - at least it "feels" like it, in reality the hole is a little bigger, but it's no problem to get a hand in there.
