How to build an entire house in just 24 hours

From the start of construction to a turnkey apartment in just 24 hours: in Lower Austria, 20 residential units were built in two buildings in record time. How this is possible and why not only future tenants benefit from this speed.

750 square meters of living space, 20 units, two buildings: it would normally take around two years for this scale of residential construction to be ready for occupancy. But there is another way - thanks to prefabricated modules.

95 percent prefabricated
One such project has now been realized in Gymelsdorfer Gasse in Wiener Neustadt. Within 24 hours, an entire residential building was erected with a prefabrication rate of 95 percent. Even the kitchen, bathroom and floors are already included.
