A 45-year-old butcher stabbed his ex-brother-in-law with a folding knife in Uttendorf (Upper Austria) in October. He is severely mentally ill and therefore not guilty. He is supposed to be in a special institution - but could also be released. The victim is now very afraid of what the court will decide next Thursday.

He had stabbed so hard with his pocket knife that the tip of the blade broke off. A North Macedonian (45) was visited by his ex-brother-in-law in Uttendorf on October 1st. At 2.20 p.m. he decided to kill the guest.
