At the end of December, Signa Prime, the second most important company in the Benko Group, filed for insolvency. It is the second largest bankruptcy in the Second Republic, led by Signa Holding. Now the Prime restructuring administrator is trying to raise money to satisfy the creditors. Not an easy task.
