It doesn't get much stranger than this: a councillor in Wolfsberg has had to wait three years for suitable premises. She feels bullied. Krone+ has the bizarre story.

No computer, no printer, no landline, no post: If the liberal city councillor Isabella Theuermann wants to use the municipality's infrastructure, she has to visit other people's offices in the town hall and ask for permission. And when citizens register for consultation hours, she usually has to ask them into a coffee house. "That's pretty degrading," says the councillor. "Fortunately, you can do a lot of things on your smartphone these days. But that's still no substitute for a proper office where I can do my job properly."
