Things can get hot in Austria's workplaces: according to surveys, around a third of Austrian employees have had an affair with a colleague. But is this even legally okay? We have the tingling overview for you!

It's not surprising that you fall in love at work: after all, you spend a lot of time there, you know each other in the team, you know what makes each other tick and - in the best case - you're also a well-rehearsed team.
But is flirting between colleagues allowed or can the boss forbid it? Do I have to keep my affair a secret? And do relationships in the workplace really only bring disadvantages for the company? We asked labor law expert Michael Trinko from the Austrian Trade Union Federation (ÖGB).
