Rupert "Rupi" Steinacher is one of the most dazzling restaurateurs in the country. Others in Tyrol are closing, he has expanded in Wörgl's M4. In the "Krone" interview, he talks about frequent 18-hour days, why he's not scared of redundancies and what he thinks of paperwork.

We meet the Oberndorf native in the shopping center at the bar of his Trattoria Enzo. He has been running the restaurant since November 2023, building on the 20-year success story of the Cuba Bar. It's his 55th birthday and during the interview, congratulating employees, guests or suppliers are always standing in front of their "Rupi".
