Habsburg Wäscherei slides into bankruptcy

Habsburg Wäscherei-Reinigung GmbH is bankrupt. Proceedings have been opened. However, the laundry of the same name with three branches in the city of Salzburg is not affected.

Bankruptcy proceedings were opened last week for Habsburg Wäscherei-Reinigung GmbH in the city of Salzburg. The company takes in laundry from private individuals, restaurants and hotels and passes it on to laundries for dry cleaning.

The currently insolvent company should not be confused with Habsburg Wäscherei-Reinigung e.U., which continues to operate four locations in the city of Salzburg. Customers can still have their clothes cleaned in Europark, Bayernstrasse, Neutorstrasse and Ignaz-Harrerstrasse.

The exact amount of the assets and liabilities of Habsburg Wäscherei-Reinigung GmbH is currently still open. The existing assets will only be inventoried and estimated as part of the insolvency proceedings.

Outstanding claims against the company can be submitted until March 19. Only after these investigations will it be possible to comment on the creditors' prospects of satisfaction.
