Poker over brothel continues after auction

A former gambling king and his real estate company have bought a brothel in court for 1.15 million euros. Whether he will actually get the house is unclear. An "overbid" can still be made in the next two weeks. In any case, the current homeowner has expressed interest in this. 

The forced auction of the "Rubin" brothel was a "quickie". Raiba, as the lienholder, and the Viennese real estate company "888 Koy GmbH" fought a bidding war for just under six minutes. After the initial bid of 967,500 euros, the house in the south of Bad Ischl was fought over in increments of 10,000 euros.
