Following his election as the 47th US President, Donald Trump is forming his future cabinet. Under the direction of their savior, an illustrious group including a tech giant, an animal killer and a Fox presenter with war tattoos will make "America great again".
2024 is not 2016. Unlike his first election triumph, which probably came as a surprise even to him, Donald Trump is better prepared for the transition process in the White House this time. By law, this must begin five days after the election and thousands of government officials will be replaced for the new term of office. Trump wants to install 100% loyal employees as quickly as possible - at all levels of government.
The fact that he is gathering confidants, patrons and companions around him on the staff and in the highest government posts (requires approval from the Senate) is a foregone conclusion. Nevertheless, some of the planned appointments may surprise or even shock. Here is an overview:
