When speeders don’t stand a chance in court

Anyone who drives too fast risks not only a high fine, but also their driving license or even their car. Many speeders try to defend themselves against this - but recent decisions by the Administrative Court in Carinthian cases show when the fight against the law is futile.

Nowhere is it more emotional than in road traffic. There is swearing, threats and complaints. After all, it's about personal mobility - and nobody likes to have that taken away from them, for example when their driving license is at stake.
