An order slip here, a few clicks there - mail order is available 24 hours a day. But if you order a lot and know you can't pay, you risk your future. A shopaholic carer in Carinthia found this out when her parcels piled up head-high.

In the run-up to Christmas, parcel delivery companies have their hands full again - so it didn't initially go unnoticed last year when a 24-hour carer ordered lots of goods for a senior in need of care in the Carinthian Drau Valley. "Her work was great, there's nothing to complain about. But the post office couldn't keep up with the deliveries," says the owner of the house.
