Whether wild boar (dummies), a spinning target or the popular long-range shooting: even the organizers were surprised by the rush of visitors to their event in Mistelbach, the proceeds of which will benefit victims of the flood disaster in the region.

Head Johann Kohzina was clearly delighted with the record number of visitors: Almost all members of the Mistelbach Shooting Club were active at the stations for the good cause, and the donation box was filled accordingly: even if some (honorary) guests had hardly ever held a large-calibre rifle in their hands, let alone fired one: the well-aimed shot counted for the cause.

And it was more than worth it, as the head of the Mistelbach shooting club Kohzina was proud to announce: "We really didn't expect 200 visitors," he said, thanking everyone for their active participation. "I was particularly surprised that many women took up arms for a good cause - which is not a matter of course at events."
