FPÖ discovers women as a new target group

In its internal analysis, the FPÖ discussed the individual federal state results, voter flows and new target groups. Due to its success, the party now also wants to focus on women's politics. For the first time, the Freedom Party was the party most frequently selected by female voters.

While the FPÖ was still popping corks on election night, some political experts were already beginning to analyze the blue party's electoral success. "Protest mood exploited", they said. "Profited from the ÖVP scandals", they said. Behind closed doors on Wednesday, the Freedom Party then looked itself in the mirror - and took stock with satisfaction.
