The 68-year-old wanted to drive out of his sloping driveway shortly before 7.20 p.m. before the tragic accident. He then got out of the car to make sure he had enough room to do so. However, the car suddenly started moving and as he was about to get into the vehicle, he was pushed against a tree.

His neighbor, who was able to observe everything, immediately rushed to help and alerted the emergency services. According to the police, the victim was still able to describe the course of the accident, but later died from his severe chest and pelvic injuries.
