Baden’s table tennis ace trembles before arrest

Baden's table tennis player Amin Ahmadian has to leave the Bundesliga club. The 25-year-old has been ordered to return to Iran. A picture on Facebook was the straw that broke the camel's back. Club boss Andreas Meixner is worried about his protégé: "A human tragedy is unfolding!" 

 

 

The Baden table tennis club would certainly have imagined its 100th anniversary differently. In any case, nobody feels like celebrating at the moment. The reason: AC has lost top player Amin Ahmadian. The 25-year-old, who has already played at the World Championships and the Olympics, has been recalled by Iran.
