The current heat is causing problems for many people, especially drivers. In the blazing sun, the interior of vehicles can quickly heat up to 50 degrees or more, which can be life-threatening, especially for children and animals. However, a "cool" invention from Japan could now put an end to this.

Every year, authorities, fire departments and car associations warn against leaving children or pets in cars in hot weather, as they can heat up extremely quickly to temperatures above 50 degrees and thus become deadly traps. Despite all the warnings, dramatic deaths occur year after year, and the number is only likely to rise as global warming increases.
