Cell phone manufacturers: Here the customer is still king
The customer is king, they say. But the reality is often different, even for smartphone manufacturers. A recent comparison shows that there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of service quality and customer orientation. Krone+ reveals which manufacturers are the only ones to score "good" and which are failing.
Consumers in Germany spent an average of 701 euros on a new smartphone last year - almost twice as much as ten years ago (361 euros), according to the GfK study. Figures for the Austrian market are not available, but are likely to be similar, as smartphones have steadily gained in importance as modern all-rounders over the years and have not only made a large number of devices obsolete, but have also conquered numerous areas of life.
