Five excellent edible mushrooms that nobody knows about

Porcini mushrooms and chanterelles are among the most popular edible mushrooms, but there are many other species to be discovered in the Austrian forests. Mushroom expert Elisabeth Ritter from "inatura" Dornbirn in Vorarlberg has revealed her recommendations to "Krone":  

They are passionate, secretive and always on the hunt: mushroom pickers are encountering particularly good conditions this year to get their baskets full. The mushrooms, which are known to be creatures of a very special kind - somewhere between the plant and animal world, like warm and humid weather.
