The Second Division kicks off the new season on Friday - and all eyes are on the hot tip from the Innviertel. Because Ried will start with nine legionnaires. Voitsberg, on the other hand, has the "king transfer" of the league, while Kapfenberg, Lafnitz and Sturm II are dominated by youth.

Last year, GAK marched to the Second Division title and promotion to the Bundesliga with aplomb. As in the previous year, however, the big favorite is Ried. But behind them, Admira, St. Pölten and relegated Austria Lustenau are all contenders for the top division. But what about the Styrian teams?
