Confusion surrounding Bayern’s offer for dream player

Is Jonathan Tah coming in the summer - or is the deal off? There is currently a lot of confusion surrounding an alleged new offer from FC Bayern Munich.

Jonathan Tah's transfer to FC Bayern was actually just a formality. However, negotiations between the Munich club and Bayer Leverkusen have stalled. Now the German newspapers "kicker" and "Bild", among others, are reporting that Bayern have submitted a new offer of 20 million euros plus five million euros in potential bonus payments.

But Leverkusen knows nothing. "There is no new status. Jona will travel with the team to the training camp in Donaueschingen on Sunday. We are looking forward to seeing him," Bayer boss Simon Rolfes told Bild.

Leverkusen want this transfer fee
40 million euros - that is the amount Leverkusen are reportedly demanding. Apparently they do not want to deviate from this. Tah was one of Bayer's guarantors of success last season and was also a regular in Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann's squad at the European Championships.
