Only 700 customers bill for electricity each month

"If it weighs, it weighs" - this motto does not seem to apply to electricity consumption. The "Krone" has reported several times about problems with bills, regardless of whether the additional payment was too high or the credit note too high. Now the figures and reasons have been revealed by Salzburg AG - and that's the problem!

Electricity is expensive and at the end of the month there is less left in your wallet. An electricity back payment can quickly hurt. Or you may be annoyed that Salzburg AG (SAG) takes more than it needs each month when you receive high credit notes. Several customers have contacted the "Krone", some with credit notes of over 2000 euros or back payments of up to 7000 euros.
