Electricity credit note annoys Salzburg AG customers

Excessive credit notes are just as bad for Salzburg residents as back payments. Especially in times when many are turning over every euro twice. A 32-year-old homeowner is annoyed at having given Salzburg AG an "interest-free 2000 euro loan". 

Michael Kobleder (32) was astonished in July when he received the statement from Salzburg AG: There was a credit note for more than 2000 euros. He has been living alone in his new building with around 200 square meters of living space in St. Kolomann since 2019, photovoltaic system on the roof, otherwise a standard household with an air heat pump.
