It comes as no surprise, but still sounds worrying. Marnie Wilking, Head of Internet Security at the booking.com booking platform, speaks of an explosive increase in travel fraud through artificial intelligence (AI). In the past 18 months, there has been "an increase of between 500 and 900 percent".
