Hardly any other region is as famous for wine and snacks as Styria. While many people always stop off at the same traditional establishments, the "Krone" has picked out some particularly unusual taverns and restaurants after the long period of bad weather. Here is a selection of the Styrian "exotics".

Many Styrians prefer to spend an enjoyable weekend with a glass of wine in their hand and a snack in front of them. And the best place to do this is on one of the terraces of the more than 800 Buschenschenken wine taverns in the region. They are characterized by regional delicacies that are always served cold.
