Expensive bounty hunting: “friends” help Vienna’s police force

Generous help for the police force in the form of rewards for searches, donations or cooperation - all of this is made possible in the federal capital by a committed civil society. The Association of Friends of the Vienna Police offers "bounties" for murders, robberies and the like.

"We simply appreciate the great work of the Viennese police officers, we don't need any more motivation for our work," explains Karl Javurek during a visit to the "Krone". The busy networker is President of the Association of Friends of the Vienna Police.
