Data mishap at the provincial hospital: a highly sensitive letter from the hospital for a cancer operation ended up with the wrong recipient. A healthy man received an appointment for tumor surgery that actually concerned someone else.

A mix-up happened at the Salzburg Regional Hospitals (Salk). Hubert Werner (name changed by the editors) received a letter from the hospital on May 7. It contained the notification for an operation on a bladder tumor. Addressed to him. The entrepreneur read the letter from the hospital in complete bewilderment.
