Smartphones are now our most important technological companions and are not only a means of communication, but also full of precious memories. To better protect them, more and more cell phones are equipped with dustproof and waterproof cases. But there are big differences—and no-gos that you should avoid at all costs, even with a waterproof device. Krone+ reveals what they are.
IP56, IP67, or even IP68? Many smartphones today are classified according to an IP protection standard (International Protection or Ingress Protection) to determine the degree of protection against water and dust. These IP protection classes consist of two digits and were developed for electrical and electronic devices. We show you how to interpret them.
