Further property emerges in dubious real estate deal

The accusation is serious: the accused are said to have tricked people, mainly those with dementia, into selling or bequeathing properties cheaply. Several million euros are at stake. In the course of the investigation, another property has now come to light.

A lawyer - who has temporarily suspended her professional license -, a notary and an expert are in the sights of the Public Prosecutor's Office for Economic Affairs and Corruption (WKStA).
