Sweet creations are the undisputed number one gift at Easter. In the manufactory of Max Lorenz from the Waldviertel region, everything revolves around chocolate all year round. Vienna's first certified chocolate sommelier is also involved here. He tells the Krone what makes a good chocolate. 

"Everyone likes chocolate," Max Lorenz is certain. In 2021, the Waldviertel native and passionate product developer decided to build the "28 Lots" chocolate factory in Vienna. He already has experience in the food trade. Since 2017, Lorenz has been the managing director and owner of Hannibals, which offers food specialties as well as design from the far north in its nine Viennese stores.
