Mother killed: Another twist in Carinthian murder case

It has been more than two years since a woman was found dead in the small village of Edling in Lower Carinthia. A child had found the body of the mother of three in front of the cemetery, of all places. Since then, investigations have been underway to find out how and by whom the woman died - her own son also came under suspicion.

How the last hours of 62-year-old Gertrude K.'s life passed remains a mystery: the woman had gone to a neighbor and family friend's house in the evening for a glass of spritz wine. She soon left there to go home. But she never arrived there again. What happened?
