This footage gets under your skin: Emma Heming-Willis shared a video and a photo on Instagram showing her husband Bruce Willis personally thanking the first responders after the devastating fires in Los Angeles.

Heming-Willis shared a short black-and-white clip on Thursday in which the action star, who suffers from frontotemporal dementia, can be seen shaking hands with a Los Angeles police officer. Afterwards, Willis posed for a photo with the cop.

"Thank you for your commitment"
The video was accompanied by Led Zeppelin's "Going to California".

Bruce would never miss the chance to show his gratitude to a first responder with a handshake and a "thank you for your service", wrote Willis' wife on the touching post.

"Makes my heart so damn full"
Bruce Willis' daughter Tallulah, who is from his marriage to Demi Moore, commented on the post with the words: "Makes my heart so damn full."

The former Hollywood warhorse is rarely seen in public anymore. In 2023, his family announced that Willis had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. The disease causes nerve cells in the brain to die. The family had previously made it public that Willis suffered from the speech disorder aphasia.
