Delayed trains, overcrowded trains, frustrated customers: ÖBB is in crisis. How can the railroad get back on track as quickly as possible? Krone+ knows what's wrong and what ÖBB needs to do about it.  

The after-effects of the flood disaster are by no means the only problems that ÖBB has been struggling with for months. Neuralgic trains regularly break down and painful delays are the order of the day. On the other hand, the carriages are hopelessly overcrowded and passengers without a seat reservation are kicked off the train. The flow of information to the customers is more than manageable and the train passengers often feel abandoned in their misery.
