Around a week ago, Upper Austrian SPÖ leader Michael Lindner resigned because he wanted to spend more time with his family. How do the rest of the country's party leaders manage to juggle work and private life? The "Krone" asked Thomas Stelzer (ÖVP), Manfred Haimbuchner (FPÖ) and Stefan Kaineder (Greens).

His departure came as a surprise, and the reason is deeply human: State Councillor Michael Lindner (41) is sacrificing his career in top politics for his two sons and his wife. Lindner is not alone in having to juggle his family and this very well-paid but time-consuming job. How are the other top politicians in the country coping?
