Thieves steal place name signs and traffic signs

Thieves were after a special haul at the weekend in Pfunds in the Tyrolean Oberland. According to police reports, a number of road signs were stolen there - including two place name signs.  

The police are unable to say exactly when the theft took place. Between Saturday, September 7, and Monday, September 9, the perpetrators struck and stole several road signs.

Two place name signs have also disappeared, as well as "restriction signs relevant to road safety", according to the police. The theft caused damage to the municipality of just over a thousand euros. Information should be sent to the Pfunds police on 059133/7146.
