Sex sells - not only, but especially on the internet. However, the naked facts do not sell equally well everywhere. The most successful porn website on the internet - at least from a financial point of view - is not officially a website at all, and could therefore serve as a blueprint for imitators such as Elon Musk.
When talking about pornography on the internet, well-known names such as Pornhub, Xvideos or xHamster are usually mentioned, which are undoubtedly among the largest in their industry in terms of monthly views. According to the latest figures from Statista, Pornhub alone recorded around 5.5 billion (!) visits in May, followed by Xvideos with more than four billion views.
However, when it comes down to the nitty-gritty, i.e. the finances, surprisingly a website that at least outwardly keeps a very "low profile" and hardly allows any conclusions to be drawn about its "dirty" business comes out on top.
