Thieving couple stole gold jewelry from resident (80)

A man and a woman were particularly brazen in a retirement home in Schwaz! The two stole gold rings and a gold bracelet from the room of a woman (80) and fled a short time later.

Two previously unknown persons gained access to a retirement home in Schwaz on Wednesday afternoon and entered the room of an 80-year-old local woman. The man and the woman, who police believe to be of foreign origin, entered the home at around 3pm.

Distracted, then ransacked the room
One of the people distracted the 80-year-old woman. In the meantime, the second person entered the woman's room and stole six gold rings and a gold bracelet. The extent of the loss is not yet known.
