Why full-time is no longer the first choice for many

Are 30 hours a week the new 40 hours a week? Many of the younger generation are no longer prepared to work full-time and are prepared to accept financial losses. But not everyone reduces their working hours voluntarily.

A job at a company where you stay for the rest of your working life and, of course, full-time - for previous generations, this was the goal when it came to their own careers. But those days are long gone. Not only is it now common to work for several companies throughout your working life. Full-time employment has also lost some of its appeal.
