This “TikTok star” is now luring people to the Südbahnhofmarkt

It's going to get really "crazy" at Linz Südbahnhof this Friday. After all, Denis Dobric, one of the "Crazy Butchers" from Vienna, is moving into the market butcher's booth. In addition to many specialties, he also has his "TikTok-Star" with him.

As reported, multi-restaurateur Philipp Kaufmann and Mühlviertel master butcher Josef Fischelmaier from Pabneukirchen had only opened their market butcher at Südbahnhofmarkt at the end of April, before the bunk was closed for around two weeks. The reason: Kaufmann was so impressed by Denis Dobric and Dejan Ilic that he wanted to bring them to Linz.

Since last year, the two have been known as "Crazy Butcher" in Vienna's third district not only among meat fans for their specialties, but also on everyone's lips on social media - thanks to their cheese liver cheese sandwich, for example, which is a real hit according to Vienna's culinary-savvy TikTokers.

Now available to taste
And this Leberkäs' can actually be tasted from today, Friday, at the "Marktfleischerei by Crazy Butcher" on Südbahnhofmarkt. This is because Kaufmann has managed to get Dobric on board as a partner. Yesterday, he stocked the market butcher's booth with some exciting specialties and wants to get started today.
