Trafik in Vienna attacked by armed robbers

On Wednesday morning, masked men stormed a tobacconist's in Vienna-Floridsdorf and threatened employees with a weapon. Since then, they have been on the run with the loot.

The brutal robbery happened at around 9 a.m. in a tobacconist's near Franz-Polly-Park. The armed duo demanded that the employees hand over money and cigarettes. Shortly afterwards, they fled. Since then, the police have been searching for the fugitives with a large contingent. However, so far without success.

No injuries
Fortunately, no one was injured during the robbery. According to the police, the two suspects were dressed in black and had entered the tobacconist's with a firearm.
