Dating platforms: Has it had its day?

Bumble, OkCupid and Hinge: these apps are outperforming Tinder on the market. Although other dating platforms still follow the basic principle of swiping, Gen Z is now setting an entirely new trend in dating behavior: depth over breadth in the search for a partner.

Dating life is subject to constant change. And last but not least, the coronavirus era has given dating apps a boost. Surprisingly, however, a new trend is now making itself felt among the much-discussed Gen Z: Tinder & Co. are no longer cool.
