The time for motorcycles and scooters is just around the corner. After the winter, it is recommended to get the bike and rider ready for the first ride. An ÖAMTC expert and the "Krone" newspaper reveal tricks for starting the new two-wheeler season correctly and, above all, safely.

Just in time for the start of spring and the milder temperatures that come with it, motorcyclists are also heading back out onto their local roads. There are several things to look out for, as motorcycle chief instructor Georg Scheiblauer from the ÖAMTC knows: "After a long period of downtime, you should check all the important components on your motorcycle. But you also need to get used to riding the bike."
