Climb three “peaks” in the hilly Weinviertel region

As flat and hilly as the Weinviertel may seem, if you want to climb the three highest peaks in the region and add the kilometers in between, you will need up to 14 hours to cover the longest distance of almost 65 kilometers. A big event awaits fit participants on Saturday.

The most athletic hikers on the "Weinviertel Extreme Summit Hike" will therefore have to get up early: The start on the highest elevation, the Buschberg at 492 meters, will be at 6 a.m. next Saturday. Distances of 40 and 25 kilometers are also on offer. The finish line is the Kellergasse in Falkenstein.
